SolaX Power are a manufacturer of solar products and offer product replacement warranty via our network of distribution and installation partners. We cannot offer technical support to end users, who should contact their installation company if they have questions, queries or concerns. In the event that the installation company is no longer trading, please contact your insurance backed warranty providers. Rest assured, your SolaX warranty will still be valid, and will cover the replacement of the inverter if required – however please note this is a product replacement warranty and does not cover installation. Please contact your insurers for more information.
UK SolaX Support Centre
Our UK service centre staff are available Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm. If your query is outside of office hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form and we will call you back within office hours.
We offer training on all SolaX products for distributors, installers and other interested parties. There are a variety of courses available, and for those that attend our X-Hybrid installation course, they will receive ‘Premium Installer’ status.
