Premium Installers Find a certified installer.
The X-Hybrid battery storage inverter is a unique product which requires specialist installer knowledge. it is important that the installer has the requisite amount of training to ensure that the BMS (Battery Management System) is configured correctly in order that the system works as efficiently as possible.
Our aim is to protect consumers, installers and the SolaX brand by ensuring that when our product is installed in a domestic setting, it is sold in a clear, consistent and fair manner and installed professionally, in accordance with our training. This is why we have become a founding Affiliate Partner of the Home Insulation & Energy Systems Contractors Scheme (HIES) who have been awarded the second Consumer Code in the renewables sector by The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) and The Consumer Codes Approval Board.
As an Affiliate Partner of HIES we require installers to become members of HIES and complete our training, in order to get an installer purchase code.
SolaX Power Europe have devised a training programme for UK based installers of the X-Hybrid, X1 and X3 range of inverters. This one day course takes place at our UK head office in Warwickshire. Upon successful completion of the course (following a short exam) and HIES accreditation, the installer will be awarded ‘Premium Installer’ status.
To achieve Affiliate Partner status with HIES, SolaX underwent a rigorous accreditation process that examined solvency, ethos, procedures and ensured that processes are in place to ensure our customers and consumers are treated fairly.
Our promise is simple and echoes that of HIES, in that we are fair to our customers, fair to consumers and ensure that a consumer is NEVER disadvantaged from the moment they sign a contract to the end of the warranty provided by their installer. The HIES message is endorsed by Nick Ross, it’s Ambassador and former BBC Watchdog & Crimewatch presenter.
